The Town of Winnsboro, SC is currently soliciting bids for a new standby electric power system for its Jackson Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant. The scope of work for this project includes providing equipment only, for one new standby electric power system and automatic transfer switch. This bid for equipment is being funded in part by the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG). All Federal CDBG requirements will apply.
