| Description | Provide street sweeping/cleaning and debris removal services on Route 28 in Loudoun County within VDOT’s Northern Virginia (Nova) District. Provide all supervision, labor, equipment, manual sweeping, fuel, traffic control in accordance with the 2011, or most recent edition, of the Virginia Work Area Protection Manual (VWAPM), support vehicles, and all other incidentals necessary successfully provide the services contained herein. The work shall consist of street sweeping/cleaning services, the removal and legal disposal of all debris, and required traffic control on the identified primary VDOT maintained roadways in Loudoun County. Location: Work shall be performed on Route 28 from Route 7 to the Fairfax County line and shall include: All paved medians and paved shoulders of main line Rt. 28 All paved shoulders of turn lanes of main line Rt. 28 All paved on and off ramps (clover leafs) leading to and from Rt. 28 in Loudoun County. |
