Description

DCAMM Certificate Hopkinton Middle School Hot Water Boiler Replacement and HVAC Controls Upgrade The work under the Contract consists of: (1.) Complete removal of Boilers, Pumps, Expansion Tank, Air Separator, Controls, gas Piping, Hot Water piping and related appurtenances as described in the Contract Drawings. (2.) Removal of Existing Control surfaces (Dampers, Valves, etc), controllers, and associated accessories related to the controls work as described in the Contract Drawings. (3.) Installation of new Condensing hot Water boilers, Pumps, VFDs, Expansion tanks, Air Separator, Controls, Gas Piping, Hot Water Piping and related Appurtenances. (4.) Installation of Exhaust Fan, Differential pressure sensors, and Ventilation dampers as depicted in the Contract Drawings. (5.) Installation of new HVAC controls, Controllers, Dampers, Actuators, and Valves as depicted in the Contract Drawings.
