Parking Lot Asphalt Sealing and Pavement Restriping Services The Authority reserves the right to postpone bid openings for its own convenience. Bids received and opened by Authority are public information and must be made available to any person upon request. Submitted bids are not to be copyrighted. Contractor shall possess and maintain a valid C32 Parking and Highway Improvement contractor's license issued by the California State License Board and shall be provided to Authority with bid submittal and upon request during the term of the contract. The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) invites bids from qualified contractors to provide parking lot asphalt sealing and pavement restriping services. The budget for this project is $100,000 for a two (2)-year term.
