Description

Project consists of removal of the existing air-cooled chillers and associated pumps, piping, and controls. Two new chillers will be installed in the mechanical room area with new air-cooled condensers installed in the utility yard area. New pumps and a new chilled water plant control system will be provided. Modifications will occur to the existing 2-pipe and heating loops to integrate the new chilled water system. New electrical power circulating for new mechanical equipment will be provided.
