| Description | Construction of a new municipal park known as Rolling Hills Park situated on roughly 90-acres adjacent to East McMurray Road. Construction consists of a 3,700 LF roadway, underground utilities, four (4) parking lots, a maintenance building, three (3) pavilions, a restroom, concrete sidewalk and stairs, a shared-use asphalt path, and asphalt trails. The project includes protection of trees, erosion & sedimentation controls, earthwork, demolition of block and metal buildings, landscaping, coordination with playground installers, and other items incidental to construction. |
