Stair Tower Replacement and Restroom Renovations at Rusk State Hospital

Work will be in Buildings 511, 512, 514, 515, 517, 605, 617 and 630. and include replacing existing exterior fire escape stairs with new stairs. The stairs will be contained in a new stud wall and veneer framed enclosure attached to the buildings with a completed envelope. The exit door will be replaced, adding an Americans with Disabilities (ADA) required ramp and providing ligature resistant door hardware and toilet accessories and fixtures. In addition, the project will provide Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services as needed
