Construction of the Edmondson Lane Booster Pump Station

The Project consists of constructing a new triplex booster station, split block building, electrical service, fence, gravel drive, grading, tree removal, and tie ins to existing water system. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis. Only those entities that obtain copies of the Contract Documents from the Issuing Office will be eligible to bid. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. The Award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities therein.
