Alewife Garage Infrastructure Repairs: MEP, Life Safety and Accessibility

Work consists of the following repairs as directed by the Engineer: Replacing defective plumbing riser(s) and horizontal piping; Test and replacing defective fire protection riser(s); Removal of the parking garage exhaust systems that serve the existing busway; Replacement of emergency lighting through the garage; Replacing the fire alarm system for the garage in its entirety; Various accessibility upgrades throughout the garage (door operators, tripping hazard, parking counts)
