Description

Auxiliary Gym Addition to Woodbridge High School. This site is located at 3001 Old Bridge Road, Woodbridge, Virginia 22192. The work will consist of the construction of (1) one addition totaling approximately 20,000 square foot. The addition will be constructed of reinforced masonry, structural steel framing and roof system as indicated on drawings. The scope includes but not limited to utilities, site, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and minor demolition and improvements to the Men and Women’s Locker room’s interior finishes, fixtures, equipment, and furnishings indicated shall be provided by the Contractor unless noted otherwise.
