Description

Scope of Work: This project includes flood mitigation measures to the existing administration building, located in Historic Oak of Allen Parkway Village site. The work consists of the removal and replacement of (3) existing doors into the crawl space, repair of existing flood barrier threshold at the entrance into work area, new lift station and connection to existing storm sewer, and disconnect switch and motor controller for sump pumps located in lift station.
