Description

*As per the Owner Pre-qualification phase of the project has been cancelled. Editorial Content Team is actively seeking updated information Tenant improvement of a recently constructed 50,000 sq. ft, core and shell 4-story building. The renovated space will provide UCSF with an ambulatory surgery center, imaging services, cancer clinic and an infusion center to include a licensed compounding pharmacy. Contractor will furnish all concrete and reinforcing scope described in the plans and specifications. Scope to include reinforcing and concrete at slab infills, slab depressions, and placement of concrete sidewalk at building entrance. Scope may include an add alternate for concrete contractor to provide all asphalt patch back and base installed at sidewalk to complete all front entry work. The project is to be constructed in accordance with the current California Building Code (CBC) and all other applicable codes, laws, and regulations including Title 22, Title 24, the NFPA Life Safety Code and the California Health and Safety Code. The estimated construction cost range for the project is 40,000,000 - $55,000,000. The Phase 2 Construction for the Concrete package is estimated at $250,000 The University has determined that bidders who submit bids on this project for the Concrete scope must be prequalified. Prequalified bidders will be required to have the following California contractors license(s): C-8 - Concrete C-12 - Earthwork and Paving C-50 - Steel Reinforcing Prequalification Questionnaires will be submitted and processed electronically and must be submitted on or before Monday, November 14, 2022 Once registered, prospective bidders can log on and retrieve Prequalification Questionnaire by project name and number.
