2023 Pavement Patching Contracted Services

As of 6/22/2023 the Owner confirmed this project will not be rebid/readvertised at a later date. The work generally consists of patching pavement on City streets with numerous deep potholes (> 2-inches deep) and shallow potholes (< 2-inches deep). Approximately 19.6 miles of City streets require deep pothole patching, and approximately 20.8 miles of City streets require spray patching. Some streets need both types of patching requiring coordination between patching crews. The work is estimated to include: 2,500 Tons Bituminous Mixture for Patching 950 Gallons Bituminous Material for Tack Coat (CSS-1h) 300 Hours 4-Person Crew 20.8 Miles Spray Patching (Lump Sum) Mobilization (Lump Sum) Traffic Control (Lump Sum) All questions regarding the Plans and Contract Documents are to be submitted to the Engineering in writing. Addition, revisions, corrections and/or clarifications considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such question will be issued by Addenda posted by the Engineer to the QuestCDN website referenced in the Advertisement for Bids, and emailed to the plan holders in accordance with their notification settings assigned to their QuestCDN account. Council rejected Bids June 13, 2023 Council meeting.
