Description

This project will restore 1,000 linear feet of stream on the Tusico Branch of the Accotink Creek. The stream segment for this project will be from Keith Ave to an area behind 10602 Springmann Dr. This is the second and final phase of the Tusico Branch project and will connect to the upstream end of the previous Phase 1 project. Phase 1 consisted of approximately 900 linear feet of full restoration of the downstream section from 10600 Springmann Dr to Chain Bridge Rd. bridge. Phase I of this stream restoration project is complete.
