| Description | Install 80 4ft bollards as seen on map. Diameter of each bollard would be 4 inches. Each bollard would need to include a blank (cap, no hinge), yellow in color to match the already existing bollards and a yellow plastic cover. Each section of bollards would need a rack in place to store bollards when not in use. These racks would also need to hold the caps when the bollards are in use. |
