The project has received entitlements. A firm construction timeline has not been set. Plans call for the construction of a multi-building, mixed-use development. While an exact phase timeline has not been released, the parcel will be broken up as follows: Parcel A includes a 32-story hotel with 308 rooms and 10,500 square feet of retail. Parcel B includes a 32-story residential tower with 489 residential units and 11,000 square-feet of commercial space. It will also include a six-story residential tower with 123 units. There will also be a 190-unit, 30-story condo building and another six-story residential tower with 70 units. Parcel C includes a three-story office and retail building with 50,000 square feet of office space and 27,000 square feet of retail. There will also be a four-story building with 45,000 square feet of office and 16,500 square feet of retail. Parcel D will include a six-story residential tower with 78 rental units and 4,500 square feet of retail.
