Acquired Property Land Care Services

The Hillsborough County Facilities Management and Real Estate Services Department seek a qualified Contractor to provide periodic vacant lot land care maintenance services at County-owned locations or managed properties. Services shall be on an as-needed basis as determined by the County Contract Compliance Inspector or Project Manager. The Contractor provides all vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, labor, and other products necessary for the performance and completion of the Work as described herein. No compensation shall be paid for travel time. The Contractor shall provide a dated schedule of services prior to the commencement of each monthly service cycle. A schedule shall be used by the County Contract Compliance Inspectors to coordinate compliance inspections. The Contractor shall employ sound practices and methods as considered in the industry standards. All Work shall be performed in strict accordance with the specifications contained herein and with all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
