| Description | Furnish labor, tools, transportation, materials (including, but not limited to EPA and/or DEQ approved labels and warning signs), equipment, and supervision necessary for the removal and disposal of Biosolids Waste as needed and requested. 1.The Successful Offers shall work with County personnel on the removal and disposal options as required for the storage of biosolid waste. The Successful Offers shall dispose of the biosolids by land application (preferred method), however, there may be times when the County may direct the Successful Offers to take the biosolids to landfills, or incineration facilities, or for disposal options for such problems as upsets, weather, or odors. Offerors shall provide details on how they have handled or plan to handle disposal of biosolids when land applications was not an option. |
