| Description | Contract generally consists of Site Work and Electrical Work Site Work shall include, but is not limited to: installation of soil erosion and sediment control devices, traffic control, tree removal, clearing site including sawcutting, as required, removal of concrete curbs, sidewalks and pavements both concrete and asphalt, milling of hot mix asphalt (HMA), constructing dense graded aggregate base course and HMA intermediate and surface course pavements, constructing storm drains for surface and rooftop drainage, constructing and reconstructing inlets and manholes, constructing 4" and 2" rigid nonmetallic conduit for future cable and wire installations by Verizon and Altice USA, constructing granite curb, constructing concrete sidewalk and curb ramps with detectable warning surface, construction of masonry enclosures for a single shared use vertical compaction system (equipment by others) and a single shared use container facility for recycling operations, installing steel and concrete bollard protection systems, applying traffic stripes and traffic markings, installing regulatory and warning signs, topsoiling, fertilizing, seeding and mulching, the planting of trees and shrubs, and other incidental work. Electrical Work shall include, but is not limited to: the installation of: 4 (four) new underground, single phase electric service connections from a proposed pad mount transformer installation by Rockland Electric Company, including new meter pans and replacement service feed connections from meter to panel at each location, 3 (three) new underground, three phase electric service connections from existing/proposed pole mounted transformer locations, including new meter pans and replacement service feed connections from meter to panel at each location, 13 (thirteen) new pole mounted LED lighting fixtures and the installation of one new underground electrical circuit for the proposed vertical compaction system (equipment by others) and other incidental electrical work. | ||||||||||||
