FSU Facilities Exterior Building Cleaning Services

The Florida State University is inviting proposals from qualified Respondents to provide exterior cleaning services for building systems around campus. The Respondent will aid the efforts of the Exterior Building Inspection Program at FSU Facilities. This program is tasked with ensuring buildings on campus are up to the University’s cleanliness and health standards. Services shall include at a minimum soft chemical cleaning and pressure washing for walls, roofs, windows, and gutters, among others. Respondents shall be responsible for furnishing all materials, equipment, training, and consulting services, as needed. The successful Respondent must be able to perform per the scope of work defined by the University and comply with the applicable health, safety, and environmental standards during all aspects of the work performed. FSU may deem in its best interest to multi-award the services for this ITN, if it is in the best interest to the University
