Plumbing Repair Services

Purpose: The purpose of this scope is to add the isolation valve kit and to flush 145 units at Parks Place. Scope: 1. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, supplies, materials and services necessary to install 145 isolation valve kits on the tankless Navien water heaters at Parks Place. 2. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, supplies, materials and services necessary to flush 145 tankless water heaters with RydLyme or equivalent. 3. Provide a service log on each water heater with serial number and location. 4. Any additional services required outside of installing the isolation valve and flushing shall be documented and presented to the Project Manager of MHA, William Standefer. Time Line for Service: Services must begin within 72 hours of MHA’s “Notice to Proceed” and should be completed within ninety (90) calendar days thereafter. A penalty of $100 per day (liquidated damages) will be assessed for each day over the 60th calendar day.
