Warehouse to Office Space Conversion

The scope of work is generally described as follows: The awarded bidder shall successfully renovate and reconfigure approximately 4,000 square feet of existing office, storage, and restroom facilities. In accordance with the Scope of Services and specifications identified herein, the renovated and reconfigured building shall contain a newly converted open office space, a new women's Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant restroom and shower stall, a new Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant nursing room, new office spaces, a renovated conference room, and the relocation of existing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The work involves structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades.
