| Description | Main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: All labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to complete the Campus Roadways Rehabilitation as shown on the drawings and specifications 1) Removal of existing asphalt topcoat on designated sections of roadways (as per design documents) and disposal of all materials not to be re-used. 2) Review and testing of existing base material to ensure it will provide adequate support for new topcoat. 3) Removal of any existing speed bumps, temporarily protect and store, and replace once roadway work is complete, if applicable. 4) Furnish and install new 1-1/2” thick asphalt topcoat on acceptable base. 5) Provide sealcoating and striping of roadways. |
