Aircraft Hangar 56J

Existing floor in hangar to be removed and replaced to engineer specs. After concrete is removed, a 5 foot over x to remove expansive soil. An addition of a 20x40 office space training area and bathroom will need to be built. Exterior concrete will need to be removed and over x of 5ft performed and concrete apron re poured. We will need an electrical service upgrade, interior lighting, and outlets.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
