A. SDO Board Room and Exterior Finishes: This project includes the up fit/renovation of the existing SDO Warehouse into a Multi-Purpose Use Board Room, Re-Painting the exterior of the buildings located at the SDO. Items and work to be included, but not limited to this project includes the following: Demolition, Concrete, Masonry, Metals, Wood, Plastics, Composites, Thermal and Moisture Protection, Doors and Frames, Finishes, Specialties, Equipment, Furnishings, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Electrical, Communications, Electronic Safety and Security, Earth Work, Exterior Improvements, and Utilities refer to the Project Manual specifications and plans for more information. B. SDO Roof: This project includes the install of a new roof system and recoating of a roof system as indicated in the Project Manual specifications and plans for this project. Items and work to be included but not limited to this project include the following: Demolition, Rough Carpentry, Sheathing, Roof Insulation, Self-Adhering Air Barrier, SBS Modified Bituminous Membrane Roofing, Acrylic Roof Coating, Sheet Metal Flashing and Trim, Joint Sealants, Painting and Lighting Protection refer to the Project Manual specifications and plans for more information.
