The scope of work consists of, but is not limited to, the installation of 2901 LF of 12 inch water main, 300 LF of 12 inch RJ water main by HDD, 12 LF of 10 inch water main, 60 LF of 8 inch water main, 195 LF of 6 inch water main, 32 LF of 4 inch water main; (2) 12 inch gate valves, (1) 8 inch gate valve, (1) 4 inch gate valve; (5) potable water service lines; (1) fire hydrant assembly; (1) hydraulic control valve vault; bituminous, concrete, and gravel surfacing removals and replacement; curb and gutter removal and replacement; seed bed preparation and seeding with hydro-mulch; earthwork and site grading; erosion control; traffic control; temporary water service; mobilization, and incidental items.
