The FAA intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price contract to the lowest price offeror otherwise eligible for award. The estimated performance time is 120 calendar days after contract award and Notice To Proceed (NTP) after required pre-work activities defined in the attachments to this message. The estimated value of this construction project is $400,000.00 to $550,000.00. This competitive award process is a 100% Set-Aside to Small Businesses. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and represent as a Small Business in SAM representations and certifications to be eligible for award. Further award eligibility requirements are contained in the terms and conditions of the SIR. This project is funded by the Bilateral Infrastructure Law (BIL). See attached Uniform Bilateral Infrastructure Law Report located in the attachments and BIL 3.18-1 in the SIR document for instructions for the additional reporting requirements associated with BIL funded projects.
