Reclaimed Water System For Cypress Creek Course & Jack Rabbit Course

Installation of 12-inch Purple reclaimed water line, including bends and fittings .Installation of 16-inch steel casing, by trenchless construction, including fittings. Installation of 8-inch HDPE observation pipe, including bends and fittings. Installation of 12-inch meter with meter vault. Installation of 12-inch gate valve and box. Installation of 2-inch blowoff valve and box. Installation of 12-inch plug and clamp with a stake aboveground. Installation of Combination air/vacuum release valve with manhole, vent piping, and bollards. Installation of flushing valve and assembly, including 8-inch lead pipe and 8-inch gate valve. Installation of 12-inch butterfly valve, in a Aquavault vault. Installation of Type “C” precast concrete manhole, all depths, for HDPE observation pipe with bolted frame and Furnish and install new MOV control panel, motor feeders, instrumentation and appurtenances as needed, modifications to existing service rack, actuator vault and manhole electrical work, sump pump (including floats and plumbing to local drain), conduits, and conductors as necessary for a complete and functional system as described in specifications and plans for the Cypress Creek and Jack Rabbit courses. Site restoration following Champions Golf Club, Inc standards, including removing and replacing concrete sidewalks and pavement, damaged turf, plants, trees, and shrubs.
