Eslava Creek Force Main Replacement - Phase 2

Work includes, but is not limited to the following: The construction of approximately fifteen thousand (15,000) linear feet of thirty-six inch (36") sanitary sewer forcemain, bypass/crossover connections of the existing 48" PCCP to the new 36" forcemain, approximately 2,000 linear feet of steel encasement installation, including multiple railroad crossings, major streets and storm drain infrastructure with 54" steel encasement installations. The project is located on the west side of Perimeter Road, continues north on the west side of Perimeter Road then runs easterly along the south side of Perimeter Rd., then northerly along the west side of Michigan Avenue, bore under Michigan Avenue and to the north along an easement south of Michigan and crossing under 3rd Street, then easterly along the south side of Avenue C, then to the north on the west and east sides of 6th Street. After crossing the culvert and railroad tracks, the project runs east then north along 6th Street through the north portion of the MAA property crossing CSX Railroad, then east crossing Duval St. then south along the west side of Nellie Street to tie to Phase 3 at Broad Street.
