| Description | Develop infrastructure facilities on the northern portion of the former Memorial Auditorium Block (AKA North Aud Block) within the Canalside project. Reconstruct elements of the historic street pattern that once traversed the North Aud Block and the Erie Canal. The intent of the Project is to realize the creation of a series of primarily 'walking streets' constructed on top of structured subsurface parking, taking advantage of changes in grade and existing excavated areas of the site. |
