Remodel of the Upstairs at Rolling Meadows Clubhouse

Work is to remodel the upstairs rooms and replace flooring at Rolling Meadows Golf Course 6514 Old Milford Road Milford Kansas 66514.Remove & Replace existing flooring with Commercial Vinyl Plank Flooring to match the lower-level flooring. Remove & Replace existing lighting fixtures. Remove counter tops and cabinets. Replace south exit door. Repair or Replace windows as needed. Install a chair rail on the upstairs walls with texture below the rail. Strip popcorn off ceiling replacing it with knockdown texturing. Install glass partition walls for an office space in the northwest of the upstairs.
