| Description | Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with Power of Attorney attached or cashiers check of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid (sum of all bid items) made payable to the Driftwood conservation district. Contract Time is of the essence and all Work shall be substantially completed within 240 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages are $150 per calendar day. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities and irregularities in Bids received.
