ILDOT - 009 - Resurfacing 135th Street The work consists of milling, resurfacing with polymerized hot-mix asphalt binder course and hot-mix asphalt surface course, class D patches, sidewalk removal and replacement, detectable warning installation, detector loop replacement, drainage and utility structure adjustments, restoration, pavement markings, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and as described herein.
