Herpetarium Solarium & HVAC Upgrades - St. Louis Zoo

The Base Bid Work consists of refurbishment of the existing solarium structure, replacement of solarium glazing, HVAC modifications, and electrical upgrades and modifications. The Base Bid Work is intended to provide a controlled environment for a future animal habitat. All questions must be received by June 6, 2023 for issuing of addendums. All emailed questions and answers will be shared with all responders. The source of the questions will remain anonymous. Addendums will be placed on the Zoo website as they become available: stlzoo.org/vendor. Any oral responses shall be unofficial and not binding on the Zoo.
