The City is seeking Request For Information to establish qualified lists of affordable housing developers for the development of high quality affordable housing and workforce housing to be offered to low and moderate (0-80% AMI), and workforce (81-120% AMI) income individuals/families on residential and/or commercial parcels either currently owned, or will be owned by the City of Tempe and identified for the development of affordable, and/or workforce housing.
