Description This project proposes to segregate the North County Trailway from Route 100 in two sections by providing a segregated path within the highway Right of Way for the trailway that can accommodate bicycles and pedestrians on an 13' wide multi-use, two-directional path separated from the highway with concrete barrier. The feasibility of accommodating a 13' path will be investigated during the design phase and adjusted accordingly when site constraints merit change. The project is located in the Towns of Mount Pleasant and New Castle in Westchester County.
