Bayville Park Restroom Replacement II

The work includes the construction of a new 300 SF single-story restroom building and related site-work. The building will be constructed of CMU bearing walls and partitions supported on concrete slab-on-grade. The roof structure will consist of standing seam metal roofing on wood framing. The building will be equipped with fiberglass exterior doors, an overhead coiling door and associated plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems. The structure will accommodate two new restrooms and a storage room. NOTE: ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE CITY OF VIRGINIA BEACH STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON. THE CITY OF VIRGINIA BEACH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS/PROPOSALS IN WHOLE OR IN PART AND TO WAVE ANY INFORMALITIES IN THE BID/PROPOSAL PROCESS AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ENTER INTO ANY CONTRACT DEEMED TO BE IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CITY. THE SPECIFICATIONS IN THIS BID/PROPOSAL ARE INTENDED AS A QUALITY INDICATOR AND GUIDE FOR YOUR BIDDING/RESPONSE AND UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, THE CITY WILL CONSIDER ALTERNATE BIDS/PROPOSALS OF EQUAL OR BETTER QUALITY, WHICH SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY DESCRIPTIVE LITERATURE.
