| Description | Remove existing shingles and underlayments to expose existing roof sheathing and provide new asphalt shingles over primary and secondary underlayments. Verify existing roof sheathing nailing pattern and add nailing at new blocking - re: structural. Protect existing roof sheathing. Remove existing drip edge, gutter and downspouts. Provide new pre-finished metal drip edge, gutter and associated downspouts Remove existing membrane roofing, flashings, and any insulation to expose roof sheathing. Provide new 60 mil. non-reinforced, fully adhered EPDM membrane. Provide high temp secondary underlayment at transition to shingles. Provide temporary walkway as required for fall protection. |
