Description

Include the replacement of Bridge No. 04839, Cooper Street over Harbor Brook in Meriden, with a sixty (60) foot clear span structure. This bridge replacement is part of an overall city wide Harbor Brook Flood Control Project, and as a result there will be hydraulic improvements to reduce future flooding. These improvements include widening of the bridge, channel grading, utility and drainage updates and relocations, and roadway repaving within the disturbed area (approximately one hundred and fifty (150) feet).
