Description

Building Improvement Requirements ? Construct 15? x 36? new 24 ga. metal addition to the existing Municipal Building including with 2? of spray-on foam insulation on south and east walls and the ceiling and 5? p.c. concrete floor slab w/#3 rebar @ 18? spac- ing each way. Saw joints at 12? c-c each way max. Dow- ell into existing concrete slab on the west and north sides at 18? c-c with #3 bars and construct 24? deep x 12? wide footings on 3 sides. One (1) ea. 10? x 12? com- mercial metal overhead door (automatic operated) on the south side and one (1) ea. 3-0 x 6-8 metal exterior door with rain cap and hardware on the east side. Furnish and install 2 light fixtures/with two switches and two duplex outlets. Construct additional 15? x 24? reinforced concrete slab with 2-6? steel bollards. Metal siding and standing seam roof panels shall match existing building as approved by the City.
