Description

This renovation project is a Federal funded project which consists of demolition of existing playground structures, rubber surfacing and chain-link fence with posts, installation of new playground equipment with integrated shade structure, new benches and trash cans, installation of new poured-in-place rubber surfacing and mulch, and restoration of an pavilion structure. Contractor is responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for all scope components are required for a complete and operating playground system. All work shall comply with Contract Documents, federal requirements, and permit conditions, and include all ancillary components and restoration work as necessary.
