Description

Furnish and install approximately 4.5 miles of 18-inch pipe (PVC and HDPE) via open-cut, bore and jack, and HDD from the existing Northwest Water Treatment Plant to the discharge at the Cape Fear River. Work includes clearing, seeding, pipe installation, pavement repair/replacement, valves, precast concrete structures, coffer dam, and rock-filled gabions
