Major items of work include: 8", 6", and 4" Water Line 8" Sanitary Sewer Line 6" Force Main for Sanitary Sewer 16" Force Main for Storm Sewer 5' X 2' RCB, 48", 36", 30" 24" 15" and 12" RCP Storm Sewer Detention Pond/Lake and Ditch Excavation 6" Thick Concrete Pavement Storm Water Pump Station Sanitary Sewer Lift Station It is recommended that all bidders attend the pre-bid conference; however, attendance is not mandatory. The deadline to ask questions is 1/19/2023 5:00 PM CST A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid, issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to Cane Belt Development, LLC or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. Cane Belt Development, LLC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The award will be made to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest acceptable bid. Bids may be held by Cane Belt Development, LLC for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidders qualifications prior to the contract award.
