| Description | The CIB reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals. The CIB also reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities discovered in the Proposals or that may otherwise arise during the course of the RFP process. If the CIB awards a contract, it will be to the Offeror whose Proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the CIB, taking into consideration price and other evaluation factors set forth in the RFP Documents. The successful Offeror will enter into a Contract directly with the CIB and will be required to provide a Performance Bond in the full amount of the Contract Sum. Deadline for Submittal of Questions to CIB regarding the RFP Documents and/or Requests for Substitution May 22, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. |
