Loncy Leake Ballfield Renovation Construction

Project to renovate and upgrade elements of the existing Loncy Leake Ballfield located in City Lake Park at 200 Parkview Street, mesquite, Texas. Construction Services are needed to provide these improvements. Services may include but are not necessarily limited to the following: Demolition of existing concrete parking lot paving and sidewalks, and removal of chain link fencing. Provide excavation as necessary to install a subsurface drainage. Regrade areas to accommodate new concrete paving, sidewalks, and perimeter fencing. Construct new covered dugouts and an entry feature of masonry and ornamental fencing. Replace existing ballfield lights with new units. Provide irrigation modifications and landscaping.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
