Construction Managers at Risk - 55-Build a Park at Ashler Hills Drive

Generally, this project will require cost estimating, provide value engineering, Constructability reviews, construction of up to approximately 8 lighted pickleball sports Courts, 1 basketball court, parking lots, playground and exercise equipment, restroom and Maintenance buildings, pet friendly amenities, drainage structures, landscaping, and onsite Irrigation. In bond 2019, the citizens of scottsdale approved project 55 build a park at Ashler hills drive in the area of scottsdale road. This project will design and construct Sports courts, playground and exercise equipment, restroom and maintenance building, And pet friendly amenities. The city of scottsdale has entered into a contract with floor Associates for the design of the ashler hills park site.
