| Description | The Montague Park Rehabilitation Project includes, but is not limited to a new play area providing age appropriate playgrounds for age 2-5 and 6-12, group picnic areas, fitness areas, a half size basketball court, a looped path, walkways and hardscape area including both non-pervious and pervious paving materials, preserving existing meadow and trees, site furnishings, owner furnished contractor installed items, and landscaping and irrigation system. The Project also includes renovation of an existing community building with a new addition for Restroom, Kitchen and Storage Facility, and other work as shown in the Contract Documents. |
