The new Hangar building is approximately 80,000 square feet and the Connector building is approximately 7,000 square feet. The bid alternate design includes a new gift shop adjoining the Administration building to the Hadley building and adding cooling to the existing Hadley and Lindquist Galleries. The existing Hadley Gallery is approximately 40,000 square feet. The existing Lindquist Galley is approximately 75,000 square feet. And the new gift shop is approximately 3,000 square feet.
