Description

Work shall fit within the desired limit of work, budget and time frame and shall conform to all local, state, federal and trade building standards. Planning, design and construction of the proposed projects. The scope of work shall include, but not be limited to, the following: 1) Input,Design, Costs and Scheduling: a. Conceptual Design b. Design Development c. Preparation of construction cost estimates and project design and construction schedule. 2) Construction: a. Proposer is responsible for project schedule and completion of work on schedule and on budget. b.
