New Washington County Administration Building

4 stories, plus a basement (5 total floors) basement is approx. half parking garage, and the other half will consist of a fitness room, storage records keeping, etc. Floors 1,2,4 are county offices from multiple departments. Floor 3 is for future growth and is a vanilla shell on the 2 wings, the lobby area and bathrooms will be completed 100%. Exterior walls are to have sheetrock and fire tape only. Infrastructure for Mech. Plumbing and Electrical will be put in place for the 3rd floor. Along with some lighting and outlets for power. (bid as shown on the drawings) The building structure consists of concrete foundation walls, concrete floors with metal deck on all upper floors, structural steel, and steel stud framing.
